Hi, it's Rob, Sarah's husband. We've been trying to keep things somewhat private, but many of our inner circle of friends and family are already in the know. After a 10 day migraine, Sarah fell out of her chair while working from home on 4/27, and I rushed her to the emergency room. While performing CT scans and MRI, she had seizures that led to immediate surgery to relieve pressure from her brain. She spent a few days in ICU, and has been moved to a normal room awaiting transport to begin physical therapy to regain strength on her left side. This will likely be 3 weeks long in Omaha, NE. The purpose of this fundraiser is to support us during this out of state physical therapy, upcoming treatments, and to support her until she is hopefully able to return to work. I'm not a big fan of reaching out for help, but with so many unknowns at this point (and several requests from friends), I figured this would be a great way to help us during this trying time.
