Hi, my name is Sarah Reynolds, and I’m reaching out with a deeply humbled heart to ask for your support as I take the next critical step in my ongoing medical journey.

From June 18–20, I will be traveling to Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota – a world-renowned medical center known for taking on the most complex and difficult cases. This trip is a pivotal opportunity to finally get the answers I’ve been searching for after more than 15 years of ongoing, unexplained health struggles.

Throughout this time, I’ve experienced chronic fatigue, intense and unrelenting bone and joint pain, severe back and hip issues, easy bruising, recurring infections, persistent abnormal lab work, and a constant feeling of being unwell. Despite countless tests, doctor visits, and hospital stays, I’ve often been dismissed or misdiagnosed. In May 2022, I was misdiagnosed with CLL - Chronic Lymphocitic Leukemia. In October 2022, I was diagnosed with myelofibrosis, a serious bone marrow cancer that requires expert-level care to manage and treat. After three additional failed bone marrow biopsies, several trips to the hospital, and years of fighting to be taken seriously, I was finally referred to Mayo Clinic.

I want to be honest: I’m not someone who asks for help easily. I’ve always been the fixer — the one others come to when things go wrong. It’s extremely difficult for me to be on the other side of that, asking instead of giving. But right now, I need help.

The cost of this trip is overwhelming.

-Travel expenses to and from Rochester, MN

-Lodging during our stay (June 18–20) (RETURN TRIP 7/24/25!!)

-Food and daily needs

-Medical co-pays and testing not covered by insurance

This trip could be the turning point in my health journey — the moment when all the years of questions finally get answers, and the right treatment plan can begin.
