Sarah's Breast Cancer Fight

My twin sister Sarah was my first friend, with me through thick and thin.  She's been by my side, fighting for me, fighting with me, and making me laugh.  Sarah is so witty and funny.  She's strong, she's smart, and she's great with kids.  She was a nanny in France during college, she's a great mom to her two girls, and now she's a Kindergarten teacher assistant in a French immersion school.  Sarah is a single mom, who works multiple jobs to take care of her family, but she always has time to help her friends and family with anything they need.  Now Sarah needs our help.  Sarah was diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer.  She starts chemo in March. She will need our love, prayers, support, and positivity.  She will miss work, and will have medical bills.  She might need help with the girls, transportation for them, or for herself for doctor appointments/chemo.
