UPDATE
Thank you so very much for your wonderful support for Sarah.
Your generosity has made a tremendous difference in her life, and it goes a long way in providing her with the space and time she needs (as she says in this FB post) to "fall apart and put herself back together again."

If you can think of anybody in your address book whose life she has touched and who might be inclined to join our effort, please share the GoFundMe page with them.
We am deeply moved by the power of Sarah's community, and we feel so blessed to be a part of it -
Franziska, Andy, and Julian
Sarah is mourning Duke
In May, Sarah's partner Duke started experiencing intestinal pain. After several agonizing weeks of tests and more tests, they got the devastating news that Duke had terminal cancer.
Sarah stopped working and dedicated herself to Duke's care 24/7: managing his appointments, helping him get his affairs in order, processing this heartbreaking news with him, dealing with new health challenges almost daily, hosting family and friends, and much, much more. And she did it in her unique way, with openness, kindness, and grace.
Duke passed away today, on July 14, 2019.
Sarah is a wonderful friend
She generously gives herself, her time, and her resources when her loved ones are in need. All of us have experienced her being there when we needed her most - no hesitation, no judgment, no questions asked.
Now is our time to reciprocate
Sarah needs time to grieve, recover, and develop a new perspective.
Many of us are too far away to help our dear friend directly during this very difficult time.
Our donations will ensure that she can stay in her current home as long as she needs to, and that she has the resources to help her heal.
Namaste (as Sarah would say) - and thanks for the bottom of our hearts for supporting our dear friend,
Andy, Franziska, and Julian
