Dear friends, I'm reaching out to share about Sarah Updegraff Murray, my sister-in-law, who recently suffered a life-altering accident. Three weeks ago, Sarah fell and broke her neck, leaving her paralyzed from the chest down. She's currently at Gundersen Medical Center, working towards breathing on her own.
