Sarah Tischler

Hi all- I’m Jessi and am writing out of love for my friend Sarah and her family. Sarah is only 44 years old and has been tragically diagnosed with leukemia. She is a strong, kick-ass girl who had been struggling with little complaint the last several weeks before becoming unresponsive at home, unknowingly with blast crisis. She was airlifted twice while being ventilated, dialyzed, transfused- ultimately undergoing leukophoresis to save her from multi organ failure. As she transitions through this acute phase, sedated in the ICU, she will then be presented with the daunting struggle with the cancer itself.
