Sarah Jane Summers Funeral
Since the unexpected, traumatic & heartbreaking passing of our Sarah on the 12/04/2023 as a family we are desperately trying to raise funds to give our Sarah the beautiful send off she deserves, my sister struggled & suffered the majority of her life but her struggles never stopped her living her life to the full & becoming a mother to her three beautiful children Paige, Bella & Mya, and also such an amazing aunty to her Niece Faith & Nephew Samuel.
Sarah was finally on the right path & living a clean lifestyle regardless of all the adversities she constantly faced before her passing, Sarah was actively making future plans for her and her three daughter’s future, before God took our beautiful girl.
We will be so very grateful for anything that can be donated for Sarah’s funeral.
