I am Leigha Springer and currently my mom is in the hospital from an aneurysm and massive stroke that happened on April 13th.  She was rushed to the hospital by ambulance and taken directly into emergency brain surgery to help decrease the swelling and remove the blood on her brain. On Sunday morning she was in a medically-induced coma and on a machine to help her breathe.  She was showing some really good signs and some that are still concerning up until Thursday around 1 AM.  At that time the surgeon made a decision she needed another emergency surgery. Her brain was swelling and due to this they had to remove the top right side of her skull to relieve the pressure. This has set her backwards in recovery and as of yet we are still not sure of the damage it may have caused. My mom has a long road ahead of her and we don’t exactly know what to expect at this time. We are desperately waiting for her to open her eyes and her breathing to be strong enough, so she can do it on her own.  We are told every stoke victim is different. My little brother Jacob and I need your support to help get us through this time.  Please send prayers out for our mom and if you can donate to help with bills and living expenses it would really help us.
