Sarah Mengarelli and Kids

On the evening of Saturday, September 6th, our dear friend Sarah Mengarelli’s world was turned upside down when her husband, Cameron, tragically drowned in Lake Powell. While attempting a flip off a houseboat, rotated incorrectly, and suffered a fatal injury upon entering the water. What began as a fun weekend at the lake with his family ended in the unimaginable, and his loss has left a hole in the hearts of Sarah, their three kids, their families, and everyone who loved him.

Sarah is now facing the heartbreak of life without her husband and best friend, while also carrying the enormous responsibility of raising their three children on her own.

We’ve started this GoFundMe to help lift some of the financial weight from her shoulders during this devastating time. Our hope is that with this support, Sarah can focus on grieving, healing, and caring for her kids without the added stress of immediate financial worries.
