Sarah died peacefully on 26 June 2025 at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery in Queens Square. We are raising funds in Sarah's memory to show our sincere gratitude for the amazing care and kindness shown to Sarah and all those around her at the end of her life. This afternoon tea is exactly how Sarah would want to celebrate her memory, with her beloved U3A friends, having a party!
