He is in congestive heart failure and currently at an overnight vet to stabilize him enough to come home. I will be making arrangements to do at-home euthanasia which will cost 700-800 dollars on top of the 1.1k I will be paying for the overnight stay. Thank you to those who have donated.

hello , my name is toki and my cat is sarah . i've had him since i was 11 years old and he's currently almost 18 years old (i got him when he was 2ish) . recently i took him to the vet because he stopped eating most of his food , and after some blood work was done i was notified he is in stage 2 kidney disease . he is currently battling pancreatitis as well (a complication of the kidney disease) and went home with a few different meds that he'll be on for a while. i did not prepare for this , so unfortunately it put me out money i wasn't prepared to spend. anything helps !!
