Living with cancer is a daily challenge and part of that includes  constantly weighing the pros and cons of treatment options. With some treatments there are no cons except that they are EXPENSIVE! 
Sarah has been doing everything she can to return to full health and recently that has involved branching into new areas of treatment. 
In her words:

 "I started weekly vitamin C IV treatments along with some other IV medications. This is to help my body improve it's immune system and to treat cancer. It’s been 5 years of being on this cancer journey, and I am at a point that the chemo is not  doing all it can to reduce the cancer. 
It’s only been a month so there are no tests back to show that it’s doing it’s job, but I can feel a difference. I have more energy, my body seems to be working better and the chemo is easier to bounce back from.  I am happy so far. "
