Sarah Kadee is an 18 year old girl, that lives in Logansport , LA.
On november 4th, the morning she was going to take her GED, she was in a severe car accident that totaled the vehicle and left her in ICU for the next 3 days.
Sarah had fallen asleep at the wheel and collided with a damaged guard rail. A piece of the post came through the passenger window and hit her in the face.
The Injuries:
- Facial fracture including bilateral NOE (naso-orbito-ethmoid) fracture patterns
- Right orbital blowout fracture w/extrusion of extraconal fat and the inferior rectus muscle into right maxillary sinus
- Complex laceration of mid-face extending from nasal bridge to right eyebrow
- Rounding of the left inferior rectus overlying the minimally displaced orbital floor fracture
In other words: she has chipped teeth, a laceration from her top lip through her nose to her right eyebrow, her nose was shattered, the nasal bone destroyed her front sinus cavity, her eyebrow bone close to her nose was crushed, her left jaw bone was broken, and her orbital floor was destroyed.
It will take multiple surgeries throughout a year as we have to allow time for healing in between them.

Sarah Kadee é uma menina de 18 anos que mora na cidade de Logansport no estado de Luisiana nos Estados Unidos.
No dia 4 de Novembro, na manhã a qual ela teria que fazer um teste para receber o diploma de ensino médio, ela sofreu um grave acidente o qual resultou na perda total do veículo e a deixou durante 3 dias na UTI.
As lesões sofridas, são: dentes quebrados, corte que vai do lábio superior, passa pelo nariz em direção à sobrancelha direita. O nariz foi estraçalhado, fazendo com que o osso nasal destruisse o sinus frontal,ela também fraturou o osso frontal(sobrancelha) , mandíbula esquerda e o assoalho orbitário.
Sarah terá que passar por várias cirurgias durante o próximo ano pois alguns procedimentos necessitam tempo de recuperação.
