I knew Sarah was going to pass, but I was caught off guard and was not prepared for people asking what to do in her in her honor. After giving it some thought, I wanted to do something long lasting that truly would memorialize Sarah and her message. It may sound corny, but something legendary. If only I could buy the sunshine…I tried to find something quickly and was not as successful as I would like to be. I will say the Catholic Church and religious education were very important to her, as well as cancer research, and equine therapy would be where I will be looking. I really don’t have specific goals in mind, but the kids and I will find something together that Sarah would smile that big smile she had!
