Hi everyone, my name is Dawson and I am posting this on Sarah's behalf.

For those that are unfamiliar with Sarah's story, her dog Kikyo (Kiki) was taken from her during a dispute in ownership that occurred in November 2024. As a result, Sarah is pursuing her rightful ownership of Kiki in small claims court. There are some costs associated with these legal proceedings that she has been covering up until this point but the financial strain is making it hard to do everything she can to get Kiki back as soon possible. Recent developments have added an additional financial cost that she is not in a position to meet. If you are able to make a small donation to help support her in this situation that would be hugely appreciated.

I know that Sarah has an incredible community behind her, let's show up for her and help her out through this unbelievably tough situation!

"My name is Sarah Johnston, and I am seeking public support in my Small Claims Court case regarding the rightful ownership of my beloved pet, Kikyo (affectionately known as 'Kiki'). I am pursuing legal action to establish that Kiki belongs to me and to ensure that her rightful ownership is recognized in court.

Kikyo, or 'Kiki', has been in my care since February 23, 2023. Unfortunately, a dispute has arisen regarding her ownership since November 6th 2024, and I am now pursuing this matter in Ontario's Small Claims Court to settle the issue. I firmly believe that Kiki has always been and should continue to be in my care. I have my documents of proof which I'll be presenting in court when the time comes.

I am seeking your support as I navigate this legal process. A strong show of community support will help demonstrate to the court the significance of this case and the deep bond I share with Kiki.
