Sarah Jane Walsh

Hi, my name is Danielle. I'm the eldest daughter of Sarah Jane Walsh. Here's my mom's story.

My mom sadly lost her life on the 17th of April. She passed away peacefully in her sleep. My mom for the past year & a half has been in & out of hospital fighting off infections, kidney infections, bowel infections, gall stones the list goes on. My mom was also a type 1 diabetic & this too played a part in the mids of all her ongoing health issues, this lead my mom to loose a significant amount of weight very very quickly. She became frail, she became weak and just no longer looked how she used to be which took a massive toll on her. After the constant hospital trips, it was decided my Mom had kidney failure & needed dialysis to get her through. My mom became more weak as time went on & begun to swell everywhere. Leading us to the 17th of April where she was found sleeping & wouldn't wake. This shattered us as a family. She has left behind 3 beautiful daughters, & grandchildren who she adored.

As a family we are very small and we want to give her the send off she deserves. To be remembered how she would of wanted too. This is why I decided to make a go fund me so we can have that little extra help as her family. The money raised will go towards my mom's funeral costs & any left over will be sent to the charity for diabetes. I thank you for anything you donate as anything will help give my mom the send off she deserves.

Sarah was a mother, a daughter, a sister, a friend & a grandmother.

We as a family have lost so much already. Me and my little sisters have lost our Dad back in 2011 & now our beautiful Mom.
