Hi my name Cordell Hargraves I am the ACC Manager at Walmart. Sarah E. Costine life was taken yesterday in a mass shooting in Norfolk. She’s left behind 6 children and a host of family and friend who will miss her dearly. This tragedy has left us truly heartbroken for the families left without their love ones. The money will go to her family for anything they may need in their time of need.
