My name is Sarah Cole and I am a final-year Computer Science student at Howard University from Kingston, Jamaica. As a black woman in STEM, I have successfully maintained a 3.9 GPA, prioritizing my studies and my passion for learning. As a student with an international background, I only recently discovered the importance of attending conferences, especially those in my field. Then, I discovered AfroTech, an annual conference that combines technology and culture to bring networking opportunities to Black professionals.

It has been my dream to go to AfroTech and network and experience the magic of black excellence in the Tech field. This year AfroTech is from October 27-29th. I have

already purchased a student ticket but need assistance with getting a flight and accommodations. I was unable to attend last year due to financial purposes. As a senior, this is my last chance to go as an undergraduate student.

Please help me to achieve my goal of $2000 !
