Sarah Castro Support

Last week tragedy struck a former IPAA employee, Sarah Castro. Sarah’s 17-year-old son was a fatal victim of road rage in Houston, when returning from an Astro baseball game with his father and brother. Sarah was a beloved member of IPAA’s Educational Foundation touching the lives of thousands of students through the IPAA Energy Workforce Education Center’s energy education outreach programs and in particular through her leadership of the Extern Program.

Sarah will need to cover many expenses due to this tragedy and we want to help ease some of the worry through financial contributions. As single mom of 2 additional children, one going into high school and one in college there will be many unexpected expenses that Sarah will need to manage.
