On Monday Sep. 5th, 2016 while cooking supper for their family, a grease pan caught on fire. Trying to extinguish the flames and save their family and house, Cody and Sarah Brown both received 3rd degree burns. Sarah received the worse, she has 3rd degree burns on 17% of her body from the waist down and on her right arm and hand. Her husband, Cody,  also received 3rd degree burns from his knees down and his right hand. They are both unable to work and support their family. Sarah will be in the burn unit at Research Hospital in Kansas City MO for at least 2 weeks. They have 2 sons, Tanner, who is 8, and Peyton, who is 6. They are staying with family and friends  so they can still attend school and other activities while their parents are recovering. They need help as soon as possible to help pay their ambulance and medical bills and household bills just to make ends meet. 
Cody helps me build layout boats after his regular job to help make ends meet for his family. He is an awesome father and husband and his wife is an amazing mother and wife as well. Their kids are their life. 
Cody and his family are very special people and always help others, it is time to help them. Please share with family and friends to help get them thru their recovery and healing process.
