It’s worth a try .... 
Sarah is a loving 30 year old mum of two beautiful young children, Logan who is 10 and Issy who is 4. Sarah was born with hip dysphasia and aggressive rheumatoid arthritis both of which are crippling and extremely painful diseases. She has lived most of her life in pain unimaginable to many, needed constant medical care, medications, treatments and operations that have severely impacted her quality of life. 
After hip surgery only 2 years ago Sarah is now in so much pain due to the damage from the rheumatoid arthritis that she urgently needs hip replacements and will need to go to Melbourne for a few weeks. This will not be a fix for the rest of her life but will give her just a few more years to live with less pain and enjoy spending time with her children while they’re young. 
Sarahs previous surgery was meant to give her many more years before she would need these replacements. However, this week Sarah had an assessment with her specialist in Melbourne who told her the disease has progressed so quickly and so severely that she needs the surgery immediately. 
This has been an unexpected hurdle that means she will need to find access to funds to cover her stay in Melbourne. 
I can not take away the emotional distress this has had on Sarah’s life, her inability to run around and jump on the trampoline with her kids, or her incapacity to work or even go for a walk.
I am reaching out and asking please to our community in hope that in any way, big or small, just a little of Sarah’s burdens can eased.
