Sarah and Eric Need Your Help!

I'm making this go fund me for my best friend Sarah and her sweet dog Rainy. Sarah and her husband Eric came home a week ago to find Rain in severe pain and unable to walk. They are not sure if she fell or what exactly happened. They rushed her to the emergency vet where the doctor informed them that she has a back injury that would require a cat scan and MRI in order to diagnose details and best treatment options. The doctor also said she will most likely need surgery, and that she is currently completely paralyzed from the waste down. She has no control over her bladder and needs assistance to use the bathroom.
