Sarah and David Faile Recovery

On August 2nd, David and Sarah Faile were driving to Charleston for an anniversary trip when a car hit them going 130 mph. The vehicle was apart of a high speed chase. It knocked their truck into a house causing significant injuries and damage. Sarah and David were taken to a hospital in Florence, SC where they have been since Tuesday. Sarah sustained multiple injuries. She has a broken right leg, fractured right hip, torn stomach muscles, broken left arm and broken ankle. David has been in a coma and on a ventilator. He had surgery to put plates on his lungs to breath better.

They have one son, Josiah. He works full time and Sarah speaks of him often about how proud she is of him and the man he has become. They have multiple animals they take care of and love dearly.

I have known Sarah for 20 years. She has been my hair dresser for most of those years. She has become a very dear friend of mine. She works hard for everything she has. She is a firm believer in Jesus Christ. Prayers are working. She appreciates each and every prayer sent their way and asks for continued prayers.

She will be out of work for at least 6 months. As a one income household, due to David having sustained injuries from working a few years ago, medical bills and regular bills will add up very quickly. Every little bit will help. If you can not donate, PLEASE send prayers. They know Jesus will be the thing that gets them through. We serve a God that preforms miracles everyday.

Their son, Josiah, I am sure, can use a good meal and lots of prayers, as this is hard on their whole family. If you have questions, please contact me.
