Campaign Name: From hunger to hope, Ilana’s journey depends on you
My name is Sara. I am a wife and a mother to a little girl who was born just five months before the war. From her very first moments, my daughter has known nothing but fear and the sound of bombings. She has never experienced a single day of the peace and safety that every child deserves.
We were displaced from our home when she was only seven months old, leaving behind everything we had… our memories, our sense of security, and even the simplest parts of our daily life.
Ilana has grown up surrounded by anxiety, cold, and deprivation. She does not know what it means to play freely, to sleep without fear, or to wake up to a peaceful day. All she knows are the sounds of explosions and the tired faces trying to hide their pain so she won’t feel it.
Today, Ilana is three years old, but she has yet to experience her childhood. She needs a chance… hope… a life like other children—full of laughter, warmth, and safety.
Your support can make a real difference. It can give Ilana, this three-year-old girl, the chance to live a better life filled with love and stability. Be the reason she smiles, feels safe, and lives the childhood she deserves… be the hope she is waiting for.
