Hi everyone! I would like to not come here to ask your help, but unfortunately I need to! My daughter Sarah tear her ACL playing Flag Football at High School. I’m asking your help because we don’t have health insurance, it need to be paid as a self payment. Her surgery is scheduled for October 18th, so on October 10th she has a pre-surgery appointment. At this day, I will need to pay down least 50% of the amount the amount!!!

Her surgery will be at the Peachtree Orthopedics in Cumming, GA.
