Saracens Mavericks Netball -EMERGENCY COVID APPEAL
Saracens Mavericks Netball Club are a semi professional netball franchise who compete in the Vitality Superleague, looking for your help in raising £50,000 in order to survive in the Vitality Superleague and to provide services across our community.
Since the Coronavirus outbreak, England Netball and the Vitality Netball Superleague Board have cancelled the 2020 season now for the safety of all our Netball Family, protect the long-term future of all VNSL teams and ensure that VNSL can take necessary steps to come back in a strong position for a successful 2021 season.
As we start the process of assessing how this decision affects all of us – for Saracens Mavericks club, staff, players, volunteers, partners, sponsors, the wider community and you our valued supporters – now more than ever before we need to call upon our Mavericks family for your continued support through this difficult time.
With no income generation from tickets sales, camps, masterclasses or merchandise and many other revenue streams for this season, we now face huge challenges, along with other professional sports clubs.
We hope that in this extraordinary situation our fans will stay behind us, as they always have done in the past and continue to be the best fans in the league. So, to our Mavericks family, if there is any way that you believe that you can help please get in touch
Saracens Mavericks are a top level netball league featuring teams from the United Kingdom. The league is organised by England Netball and while the majority of teams are based in England, it also features teams from Wales and Scotland.
Saracens Mavericks is aimed towards helping England to develop top level players. In order for the Netball Super League to succeed, we need to provide each individual athlete with the experiences that could help make them the best in the world.
We are fully committed to the development of players, coaches, umpires and all of our staff, striving to give people the opportunities that might enable them to excel in their field.
We continue to stand by our mantra and evolve players, engage with the community and entertain our fans.
