Yesterday was one of the hardest days we ever had to go threw. Our joy and excitement quickly became confusion and sadness. As many of you know we were expecting our first litter our puppies and for some unknown reason our girl Sarabi went into early labor! she was rushed to the emergency vet, we were very hopeful that there was something that could be done.. but our hopes quickly faded. As medications were not working they quickly rushed her in for a c section and at this time we were still unsure of the outcome.. many hours later we were told unfortunately none of the puppies made it. We were in shock.. how did that even happen? Vets were confused nothing really seem right! Sarabi is very healthy and the pregnancy was thriving!! What went wrong? Just earlier that day I felt and watched the puppies move around? With tears in our eyes and broken hearts we turned our attention to Sarabi who was not doing so well, the vets explained that her c section did not go as planned there were some complications and sarabi was not waking up.. it just didn't feel real.. as min turned into hours we waited for any sign of improvement and finally we were told she is turning around. Her levels were rising and she would make a full recovery. We had to leave her there for the night but Sarabi is coming home!!. as much as my heart breaks as we lost our litter of puppies I'm so thankful that Sarabi will be coming home! The house seem a little bigger or more empty we had so many plans with the puppies. Our brand, our kennel a piece of our future all quickly was put on pause.. this will not stop us! But had definitely opened our eyes and is definitely a huge learning curve. Rip little babies you will never be forgotten!))
I want to thank everyone who reached out to me yesterday just to check to see how I was doing it honestly means alot to me..
I'm setting up this fundraiser asking for any help to cover the costs of medical bills and to have the puppies cremated.
Any help is greatly appreciated
