As many of you know I have been sick since August with Long Covid. About a month ago I discovered mold in my apartment. Due to the levels of mold found in my system and also the reactions I was having in my apartment, I have been advised to get rid of everything I own(furniture, clothing, etc). My renter's insurance does not cover any replacement of my belongings because the leak that caused the mold is due to an issue with the building. I have explored options to receive help from the apartment management company for the replacement of my belongings, but it is not an option.

Because of the mold exposure, I am now dealing with health issues related to mold toxicity. The treatments I need to fully rid my body of the mold and also deal with immune system issues caused by the mold exposure are not covered by my insurance and will have to be paid out of pocket.

I have not been working since August so my ability to cover replacing all of my belongings as well as the treatments needed to make me feel better is limited. All money from this Go Fund Me will go to replacing my belongings and helping to pay for medical treatments. I appreciate anything you can give! Thank you for your support and kindness!
