Hello! This is Sara and Peter. Our beloved baby dog, Queens, is in need of surgery for her both of her back legs as a result of ACL tears. She is the most loving, warm, and energetic dog you'll ever meet, and she means more to us than we could possibly put into words. Our insurance will not cover much of the costs, which is why we've chosen to try to fundraise here! Sara picked out Queens from a shelter in 2021 and it was love at first sight. We have been almost inseparable ever since, as Queens has been there while we both weathered the pandemic, wrapped up undergrad, moved to Delaware, and got married. She is now Sara's emotional support/morale boost as Sara works through grad school. Peter helped train her and she is the light of our lives (and the first thing we talk about whenever we get the chance to show her off!)
