Our beloved Sara O’Reilly went home to be with the Lord on April 10, 2022, following a nearly two-year battle with an aggressive form of Leukemia. Sara admirably fought through leukemia with chemotherapy and was declared cancer-free. She received a new immune system and was able to return home to her husband, Peter, and her two children, Shannon (5) and Lukas (3). Unfortunately, in the months following her return home, Sara developed an aggressive graft-vs-host disease, compounded with the several viruses she was already fighting. Her health quickly deteriorated, and she was called home to be with our Lord Jesus with her husband and parents by her side. We will truly miss Sara’s presence among us.

 

Sara’s departure has left a deep hole among her family and friends. She was a beloved daughter and sister of the Klickermann family who reside in Germany, a wonderful mother of two children, and a faithful companion to her husband. While money may never refill the void of Sara’s departure from our hearts, we ask for your gracious support to assist the O’Reilly and Klickermann family at this time. This fund will cover their immediate funeral and medical costs and for caring for her two dearest children. Your generosity will help Peter as a single parent provide needed childcare to raise their beloved children in Sara’s absence. In addition, your donation will help cover future travel expenditures required to fulfill Sara’s desire for her children to see and grow closer to their grieving grandparents in Germany.
