Sara Hess financially while she recovers

Hi, It's me again. Jennie, Sara's youngest sister. She's been wonderful about letting me update her Caring Bridge site. She's let me have full rein and has asked me to be very transparent with everything that's been going on. You all know she was diagnosed with Invasive Lobular Carcinoma in her left breast. The tumor covers almost her whole breast and is in about 4 lymph nodes. With this diagnosis and her family history of breast cancer, Sara has decided to get a double mastectomy ASAP. We are working with the surgeon to get her scheduled as soon as the end of the month. Again, Sara has wanted everyone to know what's going on and has been willing to share all the info regarding her cancer. This has been the only thing she has hesitated on. She really doesn't like to ask for help, she likes to be the one helping others. Always. Anyone that knows Sara knows that she is self employed as an in-home caregiver. With her surgery, she will not be able to work for at least 8 weeks. She does have support from Tony and family, but to try and go for 2 months without an income is something that is causing her anxiety. She did not want to ask for financial help but we talked about it a lot and there have been many people that have already reached out wondering how they can help in any way. So here it is, if you would like to help Sara and you can afford to donate to her go fund me that would be most appreciated. If you can't afford a donation, that's fine too.
