On Aug 21, 2023, I was diagnosed with aggressive stage 3 breast cancer. My treatment will begin soon at M Health Fairview, and I already feel fortunate and grateful for the stellar medical team who will help me heal and the robust and resilient support that has rallied around me.

Because the cancer is advanced, treatment will take at least 6 months and include chemo and surgery. Although I am not sure what to expect financially in this journey, any funds raised will help keep me afloat during this time of lost income. I will be filling my body with organic food, using modalities such as acupuncture and massage, covering any additional medical expenses, and generally keeping my stress level low and resilience high!

Cancer is scary, these past few weeks have changed me and changed my life. And, I am already imagining a stronger and deeper version of myself on the other side, with more community, more compassion, more love.
