If you know Sara, you love her. Because it is impossible not to.

She is an amazing friend, mother to 4 young kids, wife, daughter, sister, and nurse practitioner. She has been battling breast cancer for several years with more strength and selflessness than imaginable. Unfortunately, her cancer is not responding to treatments and the focus has switched from curing or slowing disease progression to palliative care/managing side effects/staying comfortable. It has been a challenging transition for Sara and everyone who knows her. People have been so generous with a meal train.
