Some of you may know me as the alt y2k drag princess, Sapphirah Cyte.
Out of drag, I am still Sapphirah (Sapphire). I’ve been living as a Trans Woman since 2023, and have been on HRT for a bit of time now.
It’s such a relief to finally be able to say that. Sapphirah has always been me, maybe with less eyeliner sometimes.
I’m starting a GoFundme really for two reasons:
1. Transitioning is expensive. I am relatively on my own & provide for myself. Any donations would go towards gender affirming care that, alone, I can not afford. Gender affirming care that could drastically change my life and mental state
2. To leave Melbourne. Unfortunately, I do not feel safe being trans in Melbourne. It’s a small/big town down in South East FL & quite frankly, not the most forgiving. I know that if I could move from Melbourne, i’d have a lot more access to gender affirming care / medical professionals to assist me with my transition.
I would really love and appreciate any and all support I may receive. Thank you so much for taking the time to read my story.
