Santiago Maldonado

On October 5th, 2023, CertaPro Painters of Austin tragically lost one of our own. Santiago Maldonado, of Hawk & Son, passed away at the tender age of 23. He was a dedicated painter who loved his craft and took pride in his work and his company. He built his company alongside his father, Mario Maldonado, a true dynamic duo. Santiago was an amazing human being who brought joy and laughter to everyone around him, and had such an infectious smile.

Santiago’s passing has brought sorrow to our entire team, and we cannot imagine the pain that Mario and his loved ones are going through. To show our support for Mario and to help him through this difficult time, we have created this GoFundMe account for him. Santiago’s last act on this earth was a donation, 7 to be exact. With that in mind, we would like to invite anyone and everyone to show their support to Santiago and Mario by providing their own donation and condolences below.
