Following the recent loss of my mum, my nephew Reece Cox, aged 25, has now been diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of cancer (Ewing Sarcoma) after an agonising few months and a miss diagnosis that will ultimately lead to his untimely death.

Reece has now been admitted to St Catherine’s Hospice.

As a family we have decided to take part in this year’s Santa Dash on the 8th of December 2024 in aid of St Catherine’s. There is 7 of us participating in this for Reece. Myself, my dad Peter, my son Daniel, my daughter Abby, my niece Melissa, her partner David, and also Reece's best friend James.

Our aim is to raise much needed funds to support the work of this respected hospice.
