We can not fight for justice in mental health care without your help! Unfortunately, when therapists go on a strike as a last resort for improved care, they go without pay. Kaiser uses financial strain as a way to avoid reaching an agreement. Therapists' wages and economic situations are wide-ranging, like anyone else. Some can sustain a strike, and others can not, often those already marginalized. If we go back to work, Kaiser does not have to change!
