Sansanee's Surgery Fund

This is my best friend Jan (Sansanee) and she really is the best. We met two years ago when I came to work in Thailand and she works at the same human rights organisation as me. She's fiercely independent, a hard worker, a devoted mom to 2 adopted cats, always curious to learn and try new things, and always there for anyone when they need help.



Recently, she found a tumor on her ovaries and will be needing surgery ASAP to get it removed. Jan is teeny-tiny and this tumor is B-I-G, unfortunately the public Thai insurance does not cover this surgery, which is really necessary to have. 

Jan will have to take all of her sick days off work and pay out of pocket for her surgery and we are trying to raise funds so she won't have to take on a loan and credit debt to pay for the procedure. She will be having surgery within the next few weeks and will need to stay in the hospital for 6 days and then have a month of recovery time. 

Jan is really the best, she's my best friend and I am so grateful to have her in my life. Please help raise fund for Jan's surgery in Thailand--- we thank you and will keep you updated along the way to surgery and recovery!
