Support Sani Paws: Cleaner Cat Paws, Happier Homes

Hi there! We are Sani Paws!!! We are a small family-owned business focused on revolutionizing the pet owner experience by introducing a cat litter box that eliminates the spread of cat litter and other contaminants on a cat's paws while using the litter box. It's an issue that most cat owners combat daily. We see it in our everyday care of our beloved furry friends. We've purchased other products that were supposed to prevent the spread of litter, i.e., various types of litter boxes, mats for the outside of the litter box, and so on. None of it works well from our experience...they all fell short of what we wanted, WHAT WE NEED! Cat litter...somehow always still finds a way to travel outside of the litter box and onto the floors no matter what we do!! However, the litter we see is one issue...but, it's the dirty little secrets, the things we can't see that can be harmful and just plain ol' nasty...our cats were just in contact with contaminated litter!! With every step into the box...to sifting in the litter to cover up their business...to jumping out of the litter box and walking around the house leaving small pieces for us to walk on, sweep/wipe up, vacuum, etc...it becomes more and more routine and becomes a huge inconvenience for us to deal with. To put it quite simply, a cat's paws are dirty (to us)!! We here at Sani Paws have found a solution for this, and now we're finally able to overcome an issue that is inevitable while caring for cats who use litter boxes. We want to share this with the world! We want to break barriers for those who own cats or care for cats currently and experience these same issues our family has. We also want to help those who may not be cat owners (yet) because they share these same concerns with cleanliness. Our ultimate goal is to bring owners, potential owners, and caretakers closer to their cat companions while producing a product that is easy to maintain and affordable for anyone who wants to own one. This product will also help eliminate the same contaminants that can lead to health issues for owners and their pets.

We are a small business that is in the very early stages of start-up. We are an officially licensed business, our product is patent-pending, and we're looking for help from the GoFuneMe community to assist us with reaching our campaign goals so we can continue onward with our business plan. Our goal is to raise enough money to help us move to the next step...obtain a CAD design and work on getting prototypes made by teaming up with a fabrication or product development team. We’ve developed the concept and early sketches, but now we need YOUR help to take the next step. Unfortunately, because of how young our business is, we don't have the history or capital needed to be able to obtain microloans, grants, and so on. This is where we then turn to those on GoFundMe in hopes that someone will see our vision and want to become part of the solution.

What are our personal experiences with cats? Why is this important to us?

Our household is just like any other...or maybe just like yours! We are a small family of 5 and the proud owners of 3 cats...Harlow (Marbled Bengal), Memphis (Tabby), and Nia (Russian Blue). Cleaning our house is a daily task that is essential to our well-being. Our invention comes from firsthand experiences, a love for these animals, and an understanding of problem-solving.
