Sanglorians Album 3 Fundraiser!

Dear Sanglorians fans and music enthusiasts everywhere:

We're on a mission, and we need your support!

Since forming in 2010, Sanglorians have released two full-length albums, Initiation (2013) and Odalisque (2020). We're now on an epic quest to fund & finish our 3rd album, a full-length of the greatest trad Irish & Celtic songs we know. The first single Haul Away Joe has now been released - take a listen to get a taste of what the album is all about!

You contribution goes directly to funding:

• ️Recording Studio Time: To record our performances in the highest fidelity with producer Billy Burke at Montecito Music & Media, an important home for the musical community in the San Gabriel Valley

• Paying Musicians: Keeping the band and our favorite instrumentalists supported as we explore new sonic realms - the album already features guest contributions from violist Ezra Buchla (Mae Shi, Gowns) and Grammy-winning drummer Forrest Robinson (India.Arie, Victor Wooten, Arrested Development)

️• Mixing & Mastering: To make sure the final release sounds as professional and polished as possible

• Artwork & Visuals: To support our favorite visual artists such as award-winning graphic designer Dylan Green (who created the "Haul Away Joe" collage) as we create artwork and videos for the releases

$8,000 may sound like a lot, but recording large bands properly gets expensive quickly, and it actually only represents about half of the entire expected budget for the record. Since musicians are not yet paid appropriately for streams of their music, crowdfunding campaigns like this ones are absolutely necessary and so helpful towards hastening a band's creative progress.
