Ladies and Gentlemen,
The Sanford Strong Christmas Project has begun!
We are adopting families that are Flood Survivors. With the help of this fundraiser, we will be able to help families secure a holiday to remember.
Our goal is to service Midland County with the emphasis being on the Meridian Public Schools district. We will be creating gift registries for specific items but with this fundraiser, we will be able to purchase groceries for Christmas dinner, gas cards for families and any other needed item to spread Christmas cheer!
I am Sarah Larges, I have been a teacher in the Meridian Public School district for over 20 years. I was able to raise $17,000 from t-shirt sales to donate back the Sanford Area Flood Relief Fund. I am simply trying to help my "kids" and their families. As I hear more and more individual stories, I am drawn to help. I don't have the means to provide Christmas for all of my "kids" but I have the drive to help this project propel into so much goodness!
Please know that we can as a community spread so much goodness together!
