Sandy's Sunshine

Dear friends, family, and colleagues,

One of our own needs your help. We are raising funds to support our friend and coworker, Sandy, who was recently diagnosed with stage four thyroid cancer.

Anaplastic thyroid carcinoma is a rare, rapidly progressing, and highly aggressive tumor. Conventional treatment improves the patient's quality of life, but the results are not encouraging for the medium and long term. Only a few patients exceed the average life expectancy of 3–6 months, despite undergoing the currently available therapeutic regimen.

For those who have never had the pleasure of meeting Sandy, she is an exceptionally warm, welcoming, caring, and giving woman who brings sunshine wherever she goes. She has been a part of our company for almost ten years.

Outside work, Sandy has a beautiful family, including five children, a loving husband, and is known for her love of all animals.

We cannot imagine what Sandy and her family are going through, but we know how we can help. We are asking our friends, families, and colleagues to donate what they can to help the Damon Family face this difficult challenge. Sandy has always been a bright light in our community; let's do what we can to provide some sunshine to her and her family!
