Sandy's Healing and a Car for Hope
Donation protected
We’re reaching out today to ask for your help for a member of our community, a family member, and the true definition of a friend —Sandy. She’s a single mom, a dedicated teacher, a hard worker, and one of the most selfless people you’ll ever meet. And right now, she needs us.
Sandy’s car—her faithful companion for years—has finally given out. With school just around the corner, she has no reliable transportation to get to work. As a teacher, she pours her heart into her students every day, even when she’s exhausted, even when her own life is hard. She shows up. She loves. She gives.
This summer was especially hard for her and her children. Sandy had to undergo surgery, and during the first day of recovery, she suffered a painful fall that left her with a broken arm. Despite the pain and setbacks, she tried to keep going—taking on pet-sitting, cleaning jobs, and anything she could do to save for a vehicle. But life had other plans.
If you know Sandy, you know she never complains. She doesn’t ask for help. Instead, she’s the first one to show up with a meal, a helping hand, or a shoulder to cry on. She’s helped raise all of our children with her love, guidance, and fierce determination. She’s family—not just by blood, but in every way that counts.
Now it’s our turn to give back.
We’re raising funds to help Sandy get a safe, reliable car—nothing fancy, just something to get her to school and back, to help her keep doing what she does best: shaping young lives, caring for her family, and showing up with a heart full of grace even when life gets hard.
Every donation, no matter the size, helps move Sandy closer to freedom, stability, and peace of mind. Let’s come together and show her the same love she’s always shown us.
Thank you for helping us help Sandy.
She’s not just a teacher. She’s a light. And she deserves to keep moving forward.
— With love and gratitude,
