Hello everyone, I'm Amanda LaCrosse ; Sandy's younger sister. As some of you already know, and some of you are just now finding out (& I'm sorry for that) Sandy passed away on December 8th, 2022. She has left behind her three beautiful kids (Cole, Xavi & Braelyn) who have been with my mom (Karen) & I for the past few years while she tried figuring her life out. Unfortunately she never got there and now, sadly we are having to take care of her final steps here on earth.

With my brother (Gary) & our mom, we've decided cremation is the route we will take & is the reason for creating this gofundme account. As we know it's the holiday season & not everyone can assist with any funding & that's totally okay, trust me we get it ! Even if you'd be able to help with sharing this to help us get to the amount we will need for the cremation, urn, memorial pieces for our mother & the kids. Anything and everything will be highly appreciated & we want to thank you beforehand.

Right now we are unable to have any ceremony or services, however we'd like to schedule sometime with family and friends to get together and have a memorial moment with all of you in the beginning months of 2023.

The relationships in our family have been a little rocky over the years, but she was still our sister, daughter, mother and friend & we are all saddened & heartbroken at this time. We would like to thank everyone for the love, condolences & support being sent our way. Our family is focusing on trying to ensure the kids have a happy life & are coping with this news one day at a time.

This is & will be the only account we are making for this situation. Again, thank you all!

I've been asked by Sandy's father's (Daniel Parta) side of the family to raise the amount of our goal for additional funding to help us have the memorial service early next year & for additional expenses for the kids & my mom (Karen).
