Please support the Sandusky High School Class of 2020! Help us create a lasting legacy by donating towards a scholarship fund in our name!
It’s been a tough end of the year for seniors across the country. Events have been cancelled and the cap on our high school career has come to a grinding halt. However, the Sandusky High School Class of 2020 is not going to let this crisis overshadow the unique and talented students that make it up. This is a class that knows what hard work means, and what it takes to be a champion. We have seen some of our school’s most talented athletes compete from runners to football players to swimmers to bowlers to basketball players to volleyball players to wrestlers and all others. We have witnessed some of our school’s most breathtaking artists from singers to dancers to painters to musicians to ceramists to designers and all others. We have excelled in growing trades like welding, woodworking, auto, and others. We are trailblazers, and we put the effort forward to achieve our goals.
We may be sad with how this year is turning out, but we know that we have to make the most of what we’ve got. That is why we have decided to establish the Sandusky Class of 2020 Legacy Fund through the Sandusky Education Foundation for the benefit of Sandusky students. Our fund will be used to distribute scholarships to graduating SHS seniors and support improvement projects for SHS/SHS organizations. We want to be remembered as the class who was ready to give back, even during the darkest of times. This is our way of putting a lasting and permanent mark on this school district, and one we hope you will support. We are #2020strong!
(We recognize any form of support towards the class, not just financial support, and recognize that these are hard times for everyone. Support can come in the form of many things beyond money. We also want to thank all of our healthcare workers, front liners, grocery store workers, and all other essential employees for their hard work and dedication in this time of uncertainty.)
