Sandra J. Vaughan touched the lives of so many - family, neighbors, the dance community, her students, and of course her community. She graced the world with her love of dance and comittment to her dance "family". Sandra was a Plainfield resident and business owner in downtown Plainfield for decades. Her legacy deserves a place of prominance and permanance in our community. We are raising funds to purchase a permanent memorial in the new Riverwalk restoration project in downtown Plainfield. The memorial includes a bench resting area, a large planter for flowers and a permanent plaque to honor Sandra Vaughan along the banks of the Dupage River Trail. Mrs. Vaughan loved her gardens and this tribute location is perfect. This project cannot be completed without your generosity. Please consider a donation to honor Mrs. Sandra J. Vaughan.
