Sadly our Dear Sandra is leaving, she's going back home ...
Sandra came to the United States about 20 years ago and she hasn't been back home ever since. For the last 10 years she's been dedicated to serving the Sobe Room clubhouse as both, coffee house and property manager.
Sandra came to the United States about 20 years ago and she hasn't been back home ever since. For the last 10 years she's been dedicated to serving the Sobe Room clubhouse as both, coffee house and property manager.
I'm sure we can all agree Sandra has been an important part of our lives and our beloved community. Not only has she been a wonderful, unconditional friend, but also a hard working, reliable manager we can all count on.
And Yes, the time has come for her to say good bye. In a couple of months, she'll be moving back to her motherland, Croatia.
The time to go back and reconnect to her roots is upon us. She’s ready to deal with some pending family matters, and more importantly to take care of current health issues which require special attention that are more attainable there.

We are raising funds so that she can go back, after 2 decades, and start over with some much needed and well deserved financial support.
We also raise funds in appreciation for her countless hours of service, dedication and commitment in maintaining our second home safe, clean, accessible and open. For helping create a welcoming space for us to feel seen, heard and valued when we all needed it most.
I am certain that we will feel a void in her absence, miss her strong presence and stern leadership in handling the day to day operations with determination, clarity and ease.
