I’m Fighting for Justice for Sando – Help Us Hold a Negligent Pet Sitter Accountable
On February 18, 2025, I left my beloved toy poodle, Sando, in the care of Kaylynn Thacker, a trusted pet sitter, while I traveled out of the country for my wedding. I provided everything he needed—his bed, food, toys, and love—believing he would be safe. Days later, I was devastated to learn that he was gone.
What’s even worse? The sitter lied about when and how Sando died.
Kaylynn told me on February 28 that Sando choked on a treat that morning and passed away despite emergency veterinary care. However, when I contacted the vet, they revealed:
• Sando had actually died two days earlier, on February 26.
• He was already deceased and cold upon arrival, meaning he had been dead for an extended period.
• The veterinarian confirmed he did NOT die from choking, contradicting the sitter’s claims.
Since then, Kaylynn has blocked my family and me, refused to provide proof of his cremation, and erased her business presence to avoid responsibility.
This was not just negligence—this was deception, fraud, and obstruction.
Why We Need Your Help
Our wedding was a once-in-a-lifetime event and took up most of our finances, leaving us with no budget for unexpected legal fees. However, we refuse to let Sando’s death go unanswered.
We are now pursuing legal action against Kaylynn to:
✅ Hold her accountable for negligence, fraud, and emotional distress.
✅ Ensure this never happens to another pet.
✅ Get the justice Sando deserves.
How Your Donation Helps
Every dollar raised will go toward:
• Attorney fees to take this to court.
• Filing and court costs to move forward with our lawsuit.
• Investigation expenses to collect further evidence.
Justice for Sando
Sando was not just a pet—he was family. No one should ever have to experience the pain of losing a beloved pet due to someone else’s negligence and deception.
If you believe in justice for innocent animals, please consider donating. Every contribution, no matter the size, helps us fight for accountability and change.
Even if you can’t donate, please share this fundraiser and help spread awareness. Your support means the world to us.
