Sandi Hill...to know her is to love her.
Hi lovely people, I'm Jennifer Smith. I met Sandi back in 2011 when she came into my office to set up a corporate rate for the hotel across the street. She was so sincere, down to earth, and caring. We bonded immediately. As time has gone on, I have seen her live through different challenges and her mantra has always been "God's got this".
Sandi is going through a particularly rough time. A couple of months back, she found out she had a tumor between her skull and brain that was growing and starting to cause problems. Surgery was needed. She used her remaining vacation time and had surgery. Recovery was difficult, but she was a trooper! During this time, the hotel she worked at as a Sales Manager was bought out by a new company.
She returned to work last Monday to find she no longer had a job.
Friday, she ended up back in the emergency room to find she had a significant infection in the surgery site. Sunday, she went through a second surgery to clear out the infection, disinfect the bone, and replace the hardware holding it all together.
Sandi has insurance, but the bills are coming in. She also is unable to find a new job during this recovery period. Sandi is single and her parents are both gone. It is said we are the "hands and feet" that reach out during these times to take care of those in need.
If you would be willing to donate to help her meet her regular bills for the next couple of months and help with medical expenses not covered by insurance, it would be invaluable. We all know how expensive everything is right now. We appreciate any gift you would make on her behalf.
