On September 6 our beautiful island of Anguilla was hit by hurricane Irma. We took a devastating direct hit which impacted so many people. SandBar Restaurant owned and operated by Darren & Alicia Banks fortunately survived with little damage. We will be able to make fixes needed and reopen. Our employees were not as fortunate losing most if not all of their belongings and even their homes. The island is out of power which means most people are without running water and electricity. So many homes lost roofs windows and doors too. We are raising funds to help our employees get back on their feet. We intend to distribute funds raised directly to our employees so they can purchase needed materials for rebuilding and personal items that they lost due to the storm. Please donate what you can.
